Rpg

I want to write an RPG that is very much like the Might and Magc series.
Can any experienced developers tell me what tools I should learn and use
to do this.
I have Gamespace 1.6 and Torque Indie license.
I've also downloaded most of the free tools like milkshape,
Quark, etc. and Studied some tutorials related to them.
And, What I would really like to do is use the latest version
of Unrealedit to create the environment. Although, I understand that
it does not and will not ever work with Torque.
Is there anyone who would correspond with me during the
first stages of this process so that I can get moving on it faster?
Oh... BTW, any other aspiring M&M developers or just plain M&M fans,
there is a Tribute in development (MMT) at this web address.

How long have you been developing?
I just got started.
Finally, this evening, I was able to create an interior house with stairs,
A portal for entry and a lighting entity using Quark 6.3.
I can see how I will be able to use this well to create interiors
and levels.
I am pretty familiar with all aspects of Torques mission editor,
I have created a test game environment that I am using for
my learning.
One thing though, I'm not very fond of the top down mouse click
environments like Pool of Radiance.
However, I think having battle sequences in top down view are
in some cases acceptable.
I do love the D&D series and am familiar with the whole set
that was published in the 80's.
Lets correspond by email. Or maybe we could set up a realtime chat system.

I made some games on other engines. Even finished a HoMM type game without any magic :P I'm new to the Torque engine though!

I have been messing with Torque and feel
real comfortable with it now.
I am currently learning my other tools,
like Quark, Milkshape, Gamespace etc.
