Melee Physics in Torque

I have an idea for a 3rd person action game centered around melee / martial arts combat between multiple opponents and dynamic platforming in which physics would be an integral part of the dynamic of play ( Think Ninja Gaiden meets Halflife 2 ). I have no experience with Torque and am wondering if this idea is even feasible for the game engine. The main concern is of course accessibility to get this functionality and the speed at which it could be put to use in game.
Also have there ever been any other 3rd person Melee games using Torque? If so, were they any good?
