Very Large Interiors - City of Heroes

I was curious if any torque designers who have tried City of Heroes could answer this:

There are very, VERY large superhero statues in the city, I was wondering if people figured they were very complex interiors (and a real @#?@ to make) or: models with complex LOS/Collision meshes or something else?
