Yikes! You just got another 'mature' response. I'm 53. I've been coding for over 25 years. I must not be your average old fart, since I prefer playing HL2 to playing golf.
I'm finally starting that RTS I've always wanted to write. I've played with the other SDK's, level editors, etc but never released anything.
I've started a plan and will try to get more involved with the TGE community as my game progresses.

With 150 posts, it will be pretty hard to update. Just go to Gamedev.org and click on the offtopic forum. Look for my poll and vote there.

Don't really want to go to another forum, sorry.

Besides, were you looking at the GarageGames community, or at the gamedev community? Those are totally different animals, you know.

It's funny how most 11-20 year-olds said "11-20"... Like they're too insecure to say they're 11... 12... 13, 16, whatever. : D

I'm 13, and you can stereotype me as much as you want because I have no clue what I'm doing whatsoever ( ;

Well, at least L Anne is straightforward about it.

And I wish I had a clue as often as I pretend I do.
