Purchase problems

Hi,

I purchased two content packages back at the start of 2004. I stepped away from game creation for a while, but am interested in getting back. I tried to download the content packages. One didn't ask me for my registration code, but the other did. I typed in my reg code but it keeps telling me that it is an invalid code.

Could you someone please explain, and indicate how I can actually access the file.
