What's the best way to spend legal fees?

Hi,
At AGDC we won the Hyne's lawyer's Pitching contest and won $4000 worth of legal fees. We have 12 months to spend it and well.... I don't know what to do with it! So what is the best way to spend it?
Thanks,
James Burke

I'm thinking things like:
* Mutual NDA
* One side NDA
* Contract between 2 partners in a project for e.g. a game project
* Contract for hiring in consultants into a project
* Software end user license agreement
etc
Things you will have to use later - given you do more game dev or just software in general. Make sure they are generic, so you can use it as a template

Get a set of base contracts that you can reuse later.I'm thinking things like:

If you get found out then at least you've got $2000 legal fees left to defend yourself. :)
Joking btw. ;) I am in no way encouraging you to break the law, honestly. In-fact, forget my post ... no really, forget it! You didn't see me okay? I wasn't here.

Find a lawyer friend, get him to 'cash' around $2000 for legal fees by doing 'work' for you. Get him to give you the money he 'earned'.If you get found out then at least you've got $2000 legal fees left to defend yourself. :)

Melv, are you contributing to the delinquency of a minor?? Shame, shame... :)

Here's an idea... Sue Hyne's lawyers for setting up a pitching contest where the prize on offer could be used to temp a minor into delinquency by a (now anon.) game maker.
