No such release as 1_2_0?

Hey all,
I'm having an odd problem. I've done a fresh install of the machine I work on, and I'm reinstalling CVS. I logged into the CVS server, and did a checkout on Torque, but when I try to checkout Release_1_2_0 or 1_2_1 the server spits back "no such tag" - now that just can't be right...
cvs -z3 checkout -P -r Release_1_2_0 torque (in directory c:\)
cvs [server aborted]: no such tag Release_1_2_0
cvs checkout: in directory .:
cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory
Information: I am trying to check out to H:\, but I aslo tried to C:\ same thing. I don't have Python installed.

Trust me, you're not missing a whole lot compared to what we have now. :)

Use the installer. It installs 1.3. No need to CVS anymore.

anyway yeah I investigated the tags and found only 130 and 122 are correct. What's the installer?

and after that all version from 1_0_0 to 1_2_1 dont exist.
The existing tags are 1_2_2 and 1_3_0 and HEAD i think.
