DIF Collision and Trigger Brushes

Does anyone know of any good tutorials for setting up trigger and collision brushes.
I'm wanting to set up triggerable lights in my interiors as well as use a collision brush to put over a set of stairs.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm using TGE 1.3 and Lighting Pack 1.2.

I remember tracking the trigger section of a map file thru map2dif - some code seems to have been ripped out, perhaps as part of the forcefield rip - and into the engine - the loop to process triggers is there but does nothing - some time ago.
The PathedInterior resource takes one through most of this code and the 'brokeness' of the trigger entity may be why he (I forget whom) decided to create his own trigger type for PathedInteriors.
