Having Someone Else Purchase the Lighting Pack For Me

Hi, my project manager is wanting to license the Lighting Pack as well as the Show Tool for me. I'm wondering if one person can purchase these products but license them to people other than themselves. I also need to know if there is a special process to do this.

I am pretty sure it is only for the person who purchased it.

Also, I think the EULA states it is non-transferrable.

Eeek.

In that case, we owe him some more money, we bought it for the game, not one copy for each programmer...

I'll have to look at the license...
