Simple game written in 5 days - Dungeon Crawl / Treasure Hunt

Hi,
While not specifically programmed for GID I was inspired by the idea of creating a game in a very short space of time after reading about the Game In A Day. So I looked on the internet for old DOS games that were extremely simple to play, and most likely easily created by myself - I found one and so made this:
http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~gezeder/lloyd/graverobber.zip
(Download of about 2.2 MB).
There are a couple of known issues which are:
1. game pauses for a second or two on each level past the first on startup.
2. particle effects for some monsters do not show correctly some of the time.
3. texture missing for the level exit (does not affect game play in any way though) - I accidentally did not include it in the zip file.
4. player does not walk up the level exit stairs but instead walks "into" them.
Game should run easily on pretty much any system with a 3d card from the last 3-4 years and a cpu speed of greater than 500Mhz with a Windows OS.
Feel free to email me any comments, suggestions, death threats - well maybe not those, to the address matts_games@swiftdsl.com.au
Oh...this game was not written in Torque so if it is deemed inappropriate I will delete this post...

What engine did you use? I assume you didn't write the entire rendering engine, particle system, animation system, and game in 5 days...

Interesting! Not bad for 5 days! What engine did you use? I assume you didn't write the entire rendering engine, particle system, animation system, and game in 5 days...

I used blitz3d so you're quite right in saying that I didn't write the entire rendering engine, etc in 5 days.

Cool. There's certainly no "completely from scratch" rule in the GID. Engines are fine. I was just wondering.
