Hey I was just wondering about music composing, What programs are there to use to compose music with and how do I do it. I am intrested in learning every part of making a game so I can choose what I love the most.

Lots of royalty free sound effects, clips, instruments.... you can make just about anything with it.
Also, it's fun to just play around with.
