DSQ Viewer

Hello Folks,
I apologize for being a total newbie. My question is two-fold.
1) Is there a simple program utility that allows you to view .dsq files (readable code) and .dts for that matter.
2) Is there an elegant way to create the .dsq files for models that already exists ? Example: I have models that I want to use just for prototype testing, which have different names for the bones than the existing player .dsq files.
Disclaimer: I am still learning Modelling, and am trying to get some already made content into the engine so that I can focus on the programming side of things.
Any words of advise would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
