On page 233, Ken mentions that he has code on how to make a dedicated server over the internet at the link: http://cerdipity.no-ip.com/cerdipity
... the link doesn't work.. er.. well, I can't find the code anywhere...
Does anyone have it or have any idea where to find it?

He's talking about the webpage not the book page. Also, I can email you the pdf I found.

On page 233 he says it's called "Internet Game Hosting", but the .pdf available there isn't called that. I suppose it's the same thing though.
