Will the Synapse Gaming: Lighting Pack for TGE still be usable with the new TSE upgrade?

Yes, there will be a Lighting Pack for TSE. It's tools will work similar to the Lighting Pack for TGE allowing you to smoothly transition the skills and tricks you've learned from one to the other.
