Problem in Ch. 4, no solutions posted.

I spent all last night typing in the code for this Emaga game and I end up with nothing but a glitchy screen with a red mouse trail. The log has no errors, but I have found that other people have had this problem in the past. I'm really anxious to move past this point and to begin with the editor, but even the files on the CD yield the same result.

Does anyone have a solution, or could someone post/send me a structured directory that works so that I can move on?
