Porting to the XSCALE WindowsM2k3SE

Im trying to figure out how i would get this done, so far it looks like its to much to mess with, if the engine was in C# i think it would have been alot easier lol, anyway does anyone think this can be done easily or is it to much hassle? oh and is anyone working on a Mobile Kit? or somthing for torque?

Or if i could atleast make the requirements a 100mhz then i could use a pc emulator and go that way, anybody have any comments on reducing the system requirements?
