GID 8 - Still Happening?

Hey, so, is the GID on the 11th/12th still on?
Is there a more up-to-date community about GID than this thread? I noticed gameinaday.com hasn't been updated to reflect the new date.
How many people are planning on doing it?
This will be my first GID, and I'm excited about it. I've organized a team of guys to work together on something cool. We may be biting off too much, but we're all reasonably experienced, so I'm optimistic.
I'm just wondering if we're going to be the only ones doing this... :)

You wont be the only ones GIDing, but GID8 is likely to be a lot quieter then GID7 just because December is such a bad month for most people.

Everyone has been extremely busy this past month, and I hadnt realised til yesterday that it was this weekend. So everything happened a bit late, sorry about that. Good thing the theme was decided early this time :)You wont be the only ones GIDing, but GID8 is likely to be a lot quieter then GID7 just because December is such a bad month for most people.
