DTS exporter for blender

Does anyone here know hwo to sue the dts exporter for blender? and or open the console in blender?

Ok i know theres an exporter now where can i get it *wonders why no one ever answers me*

I've look tons of times they only thing i found that had DTS and blender together is when torque came out with the exporter and not where i can get it...
