Ch 9 Problem...player skin

Hi all,
I've created the skin for the player and upon loading it into the show tool, the face appears on the player's torso area and everything else is out of place as well...looks really funny. I did use Photoshop and thinking that maybe it saved it wrong, I used PSP8 which came with the CD but same result. I even used the skin file that came with CD - unmodified and still the same. By the way, the soup can skin worked. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
