Prism with different radii for the caps in Quark?

This is something I can easily do in radiant but have had a lot of difficulty doing in Quark.
This image shows what I'd like to do, with the white dots being the vertices. This is a top down view, and the vertices with no apparent edges represent the vertices for the bottom "cap".

I'm open to anything. It doesn't have to originate from a prism (I'd tried with multiple rectangular brushes to no success as I couldn't find a means of properly filling in the corners which required essenially a triangle brush with approximately a 45 degree hypotneuse).
Thanks!

Use Commands -> Make Prism. In the radius box, put something like 40 40 64 64. If you just hover over the radius box, the tooltip is very very helpful.

I didn't even think of using the make prism tool in that fashion.
I was trying to pull vertices which wasn't working.
That is perfect.
