Map2dif problems

Alrighty then, I'm using gamespace and the map exporter to make some test interiors, I basically made a square room with a floor and a top, used one texture on all and exported it, if I click and drag the file onto map2dif.exe it compiles and exports just fine, but if I use the command line to compile it I get several errors,
"unable to write detail level to stream" and says I have 38 orphan polys,
I've tried running it with different options all with the same ended, including the "run only command line level of detail" after thinking that its looking for more level of detail files, but that didn't help either. It also says to use the debug rendering mode to find and fix the following problems and that's where it lists the 38 orphan polys.
As long as I drag and drop I can still use the interiors but I'd like to be able to use the command line interface
Thanks in advance
Casey
