Metal vs. Flesh

This is a game where a war is taking place on a distant planet, where humans fight machines. There are androids, which are the robotic soldiers, WMGs, a.k.a. Walking Machine Guns, and at the end of the game, you face Blitz, who is a trigger-happy freak who has 3 legs and 5 gigantic machine guns mounted on him. What do you think of this idea?

I was looking at an engine today, it wasn't as powerful as Reality, but it could also make games for X-box. It was $10,000. Good luck with Reality. If you are looking for a cheap, good engine, look into Torque (which as you know is $100) or Realm Forge (which is free, but in alpha/beta phase).

I want an engine that has the power of the reality engine, but cheap. Chances are REality is going to be over $100,000.

Don't base the engine and what you think of it off of the reviews, try it out with a demo or summit, then decide what you think of it for your self.Max

Besides, it's just a really good analogy. If I need to get to work, and I'm on a budget.. a BMW really is out of range for me, and it really is too much car for the job....
