Gizmo axis selection problem

Greetings,

Here is the issue: I select an object in world editor which of course causes the gizmo to show up with its x, y and z axis...great...well, except that for quite a few of my objects, it seems almost impossible to select an axis to move the object. I drag the mouse all over the screen and sometimes in some off position (not even close to one of the axis) one lights up. In some cases, I have not been able to select a certain axis at all. I even tried moving around the camera to a different angle...still nothing. I tried to extend the length of the axis in the prefs. and sometimes it helped a little but never to allow me to point the mouse precisely on an axis for it to light up. What can I do? Thanks!

Me again...just tried to toggle camera (alt c) and it helped in some cases but not all...

I've found that it only works in camera mode, as you say... which is a bit odd, but anyway, it works for me.

Have you seen this thread?

EDIT: Actually, that's in the private section, so i guess you can't see it. Anyway, there is a fix avaliable for this, but it's in the engine code, so you'll need a license to fix it.
