DTS lighting and shadows?

I have TGE and have recently purchased TSE and was wondering about DTS lighting. Does either TGE or TSE support Shadows with DTS objects. I have read many different forum posts about this topic and still had some questions about it. I would like to create objects and details to put in the terrain but would definitely need them to cast shadows on the ground and themselves according to the sun direction and explosions. I was wondering If anyone out there has gotten this to work and what all did you have to do to implament it. Any help is more then appreciated.

I knew about that but I was trying to keep at least some money in my pocket. I already purchased TGE $100 + TSE $150 + 3D Game Programming All in One around $29 on Amazon + MilkShape $25. I am a starving developer as it is.:) anyone have a cheaper Idea.

I was on the forums earlier trying to find some info on it. but didn't find what I was looking for. Most of the posts were about the lighting pack. I will of course keep looking but if someone already knows how to accomplish this it would save me alot of time. TY for your responses

I have never understood why I never have needed to apply any of these fixes to my regular TGE builds. I've always had shadows working per default.

Thank you Billy I will definitely look into putting that code into the engine. This is why I love the Forums here.

There is a stencil shadow resource somewhere. It will take some work to get it ported since the patch will not apply cleanly to a recent version but its not that hard. I managed to do it a few months ago.Ben
