Animation problem

I have set up my sequence helper and set up the start and end keypoints on its dopesheet, and exported it. It doesnt seem to animate in the showtool though. I was wondering if this is normal:
Adding 1 sequences...
Adding sequence 0 named "simpleAnimation"
Enabled animation: T , Forced animation: , Default priority = 0.
Duration = 3.36667, secPerFrame = 0.06733, # frames = 50
Sequence includes 0 nodes, 0 objects, 0 decals, and 0 ifl materials
0 rotations, 0 translations, 0 scales
For the animation I am just setting keyframes, and I have no bones.
Any clues to what I am screwing up?

...ah, have you gone up in the Dope Sheet and set key frames within the Helper object itself on the Sheet??? to it's start and end frame?? That would be my first quess....Good Luck!Rex

I can't send back the file cause I am running max 6. So i'll try to explain. And I'll send it back in 3ds but not sure how that will work.
You cannot animate Vertices on a subobject level. You have every vert in your scene with key frames on them.
You have to animate the object not the subobject(verts, faces, edges, ect)
The other thing is your stack needs to be collapsed but when you do that the animation is lost.
If I were you I would just go ahead and add couple bone to the wings and skin the wing then make the animation with the bone. It would be easier to do unless you are new to animating.
I'll send you the file back in 3ds but I a pretty sure the Sequence helper won't reload so you'll have to redo that. Make sure to check your schematic veiw to see how its linked up.

Where is that above information coming from? It says 0 translations so its not picking up your animation.
You might wanna fill us in or send me the file to look at?
