Any way to know how much physical/video memory on the system?

I'd like to get some specs of the system our game will be running on, to make sure the system meets the minimal requirements.

I already have the CPU speed, which is already in torque. I'd like to get the physical memory (ram) and video memory also. I can't find if it already exists and/or a way to do that. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
