Was the site down yesterday?

Yesterday I found that the GG site and the CVS appeared to be down for most of the day. Was this the case for everybody or is this classic case of my ISP being asleep at the wheel? It is the second time this has happened to me on a Sunday.

    Yes it was down indeed, and it's curious that both times it was sunday.
