Light leaks! please help

This is doing my head in. I have read all through the forums about this issue and have tried just about everything. I've snapped to grid, glue and tagged, zoomed in so close my eyes hurt, but i've still got leaks :( Would any lovely soul out there have a look at my model and see if they can find the cause of the problems?
This is my first interior so i'm a bit of a newbie but have been working on it for weeks and don't want to start over.

Well after a bit of fooling around, and changing the light map size (Thanks Billy). The map now, for the most part, looks great in terms of lighting. I've posted an image of the fixed map below, take a look and you can easly see the diferance. Though in doing this it increased the size of my map to 1.6Mb, and I don't have alot of the detail I need in yet. Should I be worried about this size or is Torque able to handle alot bigger? As a side note, I am using detail and zone brushes as I should be, so this helps keep the framerate up where it should be.---

The smaller the lightmap setting, the higher the resolution of the lightmap. The smaller u set it the bigger the lightmap goes, thats why its better to try and fix the model.

and my fps is still ok.
I still use a gforce2 400mx , and it works fine !
So keep on building :)

I have also experienced this problem. To clarify for myself, it is in Quark that I change the lightmap setting, right?

My level has only the Torque sunlight present. The interior I'm importing has no lights.
So I'm wondering if changing the lightmap setting in Quark will have any affect at all.
Any ideas on this?

Oh, I read the first few posts more closely, and it looks like it's your worldlight(torque light) that is bleeding in. I'll check some more.

@FruitBatInshades: I'm wondering, are the lights you're using ones you placed in Quark? or lights you've setup in Torque? My level has only the Torque sunlight present. The interior I'm importing has no lights.
