Incorrect version info for CVS

I just thought I'd let you know that on the Setting up Torque on Windows page, in the version tags table, it says "Release_1_3" instead of "Release_1_3_0".

The same error exists on the Mac and Linux versions of this document.

Thanks Wysardry. We caught this error last week and fixed it, but we haven't pushed the fix out on the site yet. Thanks much for pointing this out to people in the mean time. :)
