Revolutionary War soldier

Hey, I recently made some soldiers (american and british) from the american revolution for a game I was working on, now that development on the game has slowed, I decided to put the models up for purchase on turbosquid for $39: www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/240743/Action/FullPreview.
Any comments/criticisms on any aspect of it (mesh, texture, price) appreciated.

Note that this is just a mesh in 3ds with texture, no skeleton, although I'm wondering if you think I could sell it for more if it was torque ready?

Cheers,
-Will

Hey will thats looking pretty good,

again like your swat model, the shape/structure looks good however the textures let it down a little, they are very plain with little detail..

If it was already rigged with a skeleton I would suggest that it would sell for more, but then again there are lots of different modelling packages out there that it probobly wouldnt be compatable with alot of them so im not sure it would make that much difference

Something seems to be wrong with texture, I mean- modeling is very good but texturing is not up to quaility.

@Synditech- I guess You are right but most of the market is taken by max users, both -content creation and engine development so selling it rigged in max it would definitely move price up a little without much fuss from would-be-users
