Round timer?

How do I go about adding a round timer to the game?

I looked on here but I can't find any info.

Do you mean something like the pie count down timer in the top center of this screen shot?

Not sure on the actual timing portion of it, but the round graphical you should be able to adapt from one of the radar/compass resources that are floating around.
