I'm suprised no one else has started this thread. Is anybody else at PAX? It's not a big expo, but there have been some interesting seminars by game developers. I also ran in to Josh Williams yesterday and he told me he would be involved in the "Breaking Into the Industry" talk today. I decided to stay through sunday afternoon to hear what he has to say. I'll post a .plan with more details some time this week. There will also be details posted on my site.

Josh and I are here and we've run into about 5 or 6 teams that are SDK owners and part of the greater GG community. Next year we'll have do some more formal connecting - it was great to meet everyone and see where their at on their games.

I was there and just missed grabbing the GG guys after the panel. I basically attended every panel I could and was not dissappointed. Though it was my first time at a con like this... so I really don't have a baseline to compare things to. My experiences at PAX are the reason I've decided to become more active in this community. I got into it a few months ago, but shelved my enthusiam in order to follow a more corporate oriented certification path. In short, sorry I missed the chance to meet up with dev folks... would have loved to talk designs and such over dinner.
