UETools\ ProjectMaker

I checked through all the posts here and didn't see anyone with this question. In Chapter 2, page32 I'm instructed to install, the Torque files, UltraEdit32, and the UE Project Maker. I Torque and UE were in there, but there was no directory called UETools, and thus no Project Maker.
Will things go smoothly without a Project Maker, or will I need to download it or manually create all necessary directories?

Did anyone come across "how to use the project maker macro?" or do you know how to use it?
It would speed things up for me quite a bit.
Thanks,
Joe

Actually, Ken says in Chapter 2 that he wrote a macro to create projects for UltraEdit. He also says that he was going to explain how to use it later. But I couldn't find (ed) the explanation.Did anyone come across "how to use the project maker macro?" or do you know how to use it?

It was in resources\tools.
I'll search (much)longer next time I can't find files.
