Can 3Dsmax be used?

This has propably been asked a thousand time but can 3Dsmax be used to make models for torque?(specificly the SDK)

3DS Max can be used in the usual way for player type objects and smaller static placement geometry. There are fairly severe limitations in regards to the types of texture and mapping effects you can currently get into Torque from max that means you have to carefully consider whether you really want to use it for Scenery (interiors and environments). So I can't really recomment it as a level editor at this time.

If your looking to do characters you shouldn't have many problems once you get used to how it works.

Thanx guys. I am planning on useing QuArK for interiors and Torques buitl in level editor. Do think this is a good idea or should I use something else?
