Questions about the Torque engine

Ok I have been working with the designing aspect of most famous engins out there for about 4+ years now and feel I have a really good grasp on what its going to take to make a game and a good one at that!
BUT I am not a coder of c++ what so ever and have tryed time and time again but it just wont stick, so my question is if I spend the AWESOMELY low price for this fine engine, am I going to be stuck with a bunch of sorce code wating for a c++ master to alter it?

Im talking about grapics close to the game Jedi Knight Acadamy but scriping, source code ,and me dont get along hehe so my next question is how help is the help wanted ads here?
