Camera Rotation

Hello torque partners. I am having some difficult trying to make a camera rotate over a single object, making the camera oriented for the object. What I want is to use the mouse to rotate the camera around a single object. I have seen this before but I dont know how it's made. Can anybody help me, please.

Sounds like your looking for an orbital camera.

This resource defauklts to using keys to move the camera, but it's a start.
