Bug in Tribal IDE?

Hi,
i recently got the Tribal IDE along with the Torque SDK. The first starts of Tribal worked well but then one day i noticed several windows popping up with Tribal IDE. I need to close them all with Alt + F4 because the mouse did not work with them.
Did anyone else experience this problem or have any suggestions how to solve it?
