Mac patch making programs

We've been using iPatch (http://www.ipatch.org/) which is decent and cheap, but we have exceeded its capability, and, it's having issues on more recent versions of OSX. The developers are good guys, but, I don't think they have the kind of time required to maintain it, and I think it's just us having the problems anyway.
Sooooooo, we need a new patch making program that won;t break the bank (or someone clever to write some applescript that will do the ziff and build the tarball).
Anyone got any bright ideas?

Good stuff. Not quite what Ineed, think I am gonna leverage CVS to help me with file diffs to build the actual patch, got most of the shell script working, just need to figure out the best way to copy it into the existing .app. These look promising.Thanks.

Here are threads relating to their installer:

IIRC, the installer is java based, so requires a java install for windows, but should work native on OS X.
