Orbz Server Issues

You may be experiencing some difficulty logging into Orbz. We know about it and have submitted a support request. I'll post back here when it is resolved.

Reports are that the network congestion has been cleared up. Please let me know if you continue to have problems logging on or seeing your rank in the game.

I haven't seen the ranks at all today. There is no error message indicating trouble logging on. If I host a server, I will see my rank.

"We have been experiencing a major netowrk routing problem on the west coast during the night. We had to dump a major backbone peer to fix the problem. It appears to have caused a routing issue between our facilites in Georgia and San Jose. This is the cause of the routing problem. A new ticket has been opened with our upstream provider and we are waiting on an ETA. As soon as we recieve it we will relay it to you."

[UPDATE] I found out this was from a flakey firewall on my GF's machine. Kept forgetting its settings.

I havent been getting any server problems at all. In fact, it seemed the other day that my computer was running faster than normal! It's weird. I had less lag than usual.

I just logged on and saw my rank when I joined a dedicated server. So things look back to normal. Please let me know if you see anything out of the ordinary.
