Template for fees in a subscription game?

Does GG currently have a template for how they would like to price royalties on subscription games?
Since there are several variables that could go into this some potential assumptions would be:
1. GG would not be responsible for building or maintaining the server farm.
2. The boxed game, or distro would(obviously) be through GG/Sierra.
Thanks.

italicized section ignorable, but left in to highlight the problem:
However, are there broad brush strokes that can outlined? This would allow serious groups the opportunity to better assess the financial merits prior to investing the engineering $$$ & time building a system utilizing the engine.
Examples are:
If a game is sold via shrinkwrap, or web delivery, would royalties be in addition to any subscription revenue?
As I write this, I realize that even this simple example has many variables that make it hard to impossible to give a credible answer...
For instance, the desired subscription royalities are going to change as some function of client sale price.(eg if the game is given away, subscription royalty % would increase).
This brings up another question, which is who has control of the pricing policy?
What about an orthogonal point of view...
At what point do you feel that there would be sufficient credibility to begin pursuing negotiations?
I think this thread is turning into a drain on both of us. It does not seem to have an easy resolution. However, I have found it useful, and hopefully you will be able to turn it to positive use by making some of it available in the faq. Maybe citing some of this msg and your answers to show why it does not have an easy solution, and is therefore left so vague in the faq & license.

I agree that there are alot of variables making a blanket template unwieldly and ineffectual. I also agree that holding many simultaneous negotiations with multiple parties, many of whom will never produce anything of signifcant worth is not an effective use of your time(or anyone at GG). I would even go as far to say that at this point it would not be an effective use of my time.italicized section ignorable, but left in to highlight the problem:

GarageGames is set up for individual sales. Our infrastructure and ecommerce system is set up for individual sales. We have our work cut out for us getting this part of our plan to work before we tackle subscription based games.
If the right team comes along with the right idea, we are willing to negotiate. You must realize that we have to do a lot of work before a game like this can be released, so we are not taking it lightly.

We have addressed subscription and MMP games many times in the forums. Feel free to search the forums for historical viewpoints and questions. Due to past interest by a few developers, we added the wording to the EULA stating that interested parties should individually negotiate this type of game.GarageGames is set up for individual sales.
