Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the above question.

I have just brought a book where you got Torque on the CD but I can't find how to compile a end user exe I have manage to execute the files myself.

I hope someone can help

Many thanks

The .cs files compile when you run the engine to .dso files. They do not compile to a .exe.

Thanks for that but I am used to visual c++ and wonder if there was something like the Install Shield so I can pack programmes for distribution.

Thanks again

I'm thinking you must've gotten a demo of the engine with the book, not the actual engine. Unless that new Torque book comes with some special deal, I'm assuming you'll want to actually buy the engine ($100 indie license) so you can get access to the source code.

You can just order it using the link on the site - you then download it via CVS. Instructions etc. are all given.
