How i can make a new terrain

I would like to make a new terrain but i don't want to delete every thing in the fps starter kit or what ever. how i can do that. thanks and excuse my bab english

Read up on creating a new mission in the documentation. Basically you need to use the editor and ask it to create a new terrain. Then save the terrain as a new mission and go from there.
