Weird biped problem

Hello again everyone.
Finally able to export a model with textures and anims, I exported it and loaded it into the shape viewer only to see my animations botched up.
After some tinkering, I found that in max, when my shape (model) is linked to bip01, it animates fine. But since the exporter requires the shape to be linked to the dummy start, it totally stuffs up my anims. Since im using pyhsique instead of skin, it takes 15min roughly to export so its quite tedious changing one little setting, exporting, changing, exporting etc etc.
I have 5 sequences
0 - 20 = root
20 - 50 = walk
50 - 65 = crouch_down
65 - 80 = crouch_up
80 - 100 = jump
Does anyone know a way around this or what might stop this happening ?
