The "Terrain Generator"?

Where is the "terrain generator" I keep reading about? I've been looking for 2 days and still havn't found it. All i can seem to do is edit pre-existing terrains.

There's one in the editor... but you will still be sort of editing the terrain.

Got it. I had managed to break my editor so that part didn't work. All fixed now. thanks
