Voice chat client & firewall tunneling tool

Does anyone know of a voice chat client and a firewall tunneling tool that make up a good pair, are both reliable, enable voice chat sessions in larger scale (say, up to 10-12 people) and still can be used for free?
We tried some pairs we found on the internet, but were not very satisfied about their performance. Meetings are very time consuming when depending on keyboard-performance and we want to solve this problem ASAP.
We are grateful for any tips, advice or explanation.

I've used TeamSpeak, RogerWilco and a few others. TS seems to work the best.
