Hey guys, I am trying to get a feel for who we should be aiming this pack at. Your comments are welcome. What do you think a fair pricing is? Is there a special model or texture format that Torque users need us to include?

Check out more samples at www.leadwerks.com.

Thanks for your feedback.

Hello, I sent all of you on the team an e-mail.. but just to make sure... here is the mail

"Hello,

I am in the process of creating a WW2 modification for Neverwinter Nights. I was looking on the internet and stumbled upon your WW2 Media Pack and looked through the gallery, and what do you know, I fell in love with it. It was the perfect poly count for Neverwinter Nights and they are VERY nice models. So, I come to you with a question. Would you be willing to give me your media pack for free as a download, and in return I post a link to your site on my mods homepage and feature you in the mods credits. This would also be good for you because we are hoping to being hosted by Planet Neverwinter, one of the premier Neverwinter Nights sites. So basically you aren't going to lose any money. You will most likely end up making, at least, triple what you do now off this product. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Sincerely,

PcGamer3500@Adelphia.net"

By the way, my site is www.prohibitionmod.com

We don't give out free copies of the pack. That would be silly. Especially considering that the media is so underpriced as it is. If this mod you are working on is really that important than I would think that you could spare $40 or $80 for media.
Atleast tripple what we make now? Got any data to back that up?

Its $1.88 per gun. I think anybody can afford that.

I really think this is a cool pack... You should consider making
more packs! Seriously

Robert Cary: I saw nothing in there that would suggest our pack would get 3 times its current sales.

Burning: we are making more packs. The next will be ww2 vehicles.

You can buy their packs here, which is where I bought them.
And look at the date of this thread, it's 2004. ;)

The WW2 weapons are cool (I just got them)... they just need some small changes.

We haven't made more, because no one buys them. Game media does not sell. The best you can hope for is that maybe after six months, it will pay for the cost of producing it.

Maybe it would sell better if it were sold here as a Torque Content Pack. I didn't even know this pack existed until today.

I'll email GG about it.

totaly agree...
I would buy it as a content pack, but only if the models were all ready to use in torque (.dts)

None have animations.

I'll see what GG would expect sales to be, and see if it is worth it.

I'm talking of the firing animation some of them have.

I agree with James Thompson. I would also purchase this content pack but only if it's made ready for torque. Pricing is good, models looks good, but I realy don't want to mess with/purchase 3D app for converting those in dts/diff...
