SP5 Troubles!

Has anyone else had trouble installing the SP5 service pack to Visual C++ 6. It keep's saying that it is not detected on my system and is never installed, ugh! Anyone else with this prob?

Smooth as silk for me. Have you tried re-installing VC6? Also, are you running 98/Me/2000? You might want to try installing the latest service pack for whichever OS you are running. Im on 2000 w/ SP2.

I am running Win98 and I didn't know there were choices for the different service pack by OS. Isn't it just on for all? Anywho, I am calling Microsoft, maybe they can do something, but I will probably be on hold for a few days :(
