Crash on Relight, uploading the .dif file for reference.

This .dif file has given me some trouble lately. It exports fine on VHE and imports nice into Quark. Exporting from Quark, I get:
And that some textures "are too small".. Ignoring that one.
When putting the interior into TGE, it's black.
When relighting, it crashes the session.
Anyone can try that one out for me?
That's my last try then trashing that interior :/
All the others worked great but this one gave the same errors I think, and I couldn't find a way to "find" the Orphaned Polygons in Quark.
Also, that shouldn't be a problem since it turns up black in the game, right?

It crashes for me i cant place in the world.
Tried in head and in my own game.
