Transparant Textures ARE Opaque in Windowed Mode

I checked this with the latest non HEAD build.
When you switch to windowed mode, all the textures with transparancy get opaque/greyd out.
This pretty much eliminates Windowed mode in our game, as muzzle flashes and water are all transparent PNG's.
Anyway, just thought I'd throw it out here so it doesnt get lost.
Edit: W00t, heya! They are in fullscreen too. I must have screwed up something :O Disregard this post for now.
Update: I'm going to try a clean rebuild and see what happends.
Update: Didn't work :( Anyone know what'sup? I haven't even touched the graphical part of the source yet.

Checked the source code and even did a rebuild of the original code, still the same problem which shows that it has to be in script.Where is this located?

*sigh* I'm going to replace each script by a new one then.

We can't actually move threads, only delete them. ;)
