A HEAD Question.. or 2

Ok I've read quite a bit about HEAD patches. The question/s I have are:
1. Where do I find the latest HEAD patch?
2. How do I d/load the latest version?
3. Do I use a similar method of d/load such as CVS or do I just d/load and patch?

Well... there's a link on the right side of the screen with "Torque Game Engine" as it's text. Click on it. Once you get there, look at the right side again - CVS change list contains more than you ever wanted to know about changes to the engine :-)
